Eye Q Optometrist

I went in for a second opinion about new lenses I had done in another store that just didn’t seem right. Kianna was incredibly helpful and insightful. She spent around 20 min with me, checked the lenses and my eyes and explained to me what the issues with my new lenses were all the while knowing I wasn’t going to get anything from the shop. She was genuinely concerned and very knowledgeable. Next time I need new lenses done I’m definitely going to Eye Q.

I just went for my annual visit to Eye Q Optometrist, and as always it was a wonderful experience. The doctor was extremely thorough and professional, and the entire staff were kind, patient and welcoming. I especially appreciated Kianna’s patience and thoughtful advice in helping me select my new glasses. I never felt rushed and appreciated her advice. Highly recommend Eye Q!

I don't live in NYC... I am from LA, but I was in town and had an eyeball emergency to deal with. I stumbled into this place and EVERYBODY at Eye Q was so incredibly kind and helpful, I was blown away. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a huge smile by the sweetest receptionist, who referred me to who I believe she said was her manager and one of the optometrists. He was super helpful and cool. I had to come back in later that day and they both remembered me, and the other optometrist who ended up finishing with me was so so great too. While I waited, I also browsed and tried on a bunch of their eyeglasses selection which was broad, stylish, and had a nice mix of basic and playful/whimsical. It's unfortunate this can't be my regular spot, but I have already referred them to all my NYC friends! And, how can you not be charmed by the business name?

I had such a wonderful experience with EyeQ Optometrist! From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. A special thank you to Marieli, who truly went above and beyond for me. They worked closely with me and even coordinated with my insurance to make sure everything was taken care of as smoothly as possible. What really stood out was how kind, thoughtful, and genuinely caring the entire team was. I’m so grateful for their help, and I truly cannot recommend them highly enough. If you’re looking for an eyewear place that treats you like family and goes the extra mile, this is it!

I’ve been going to Eye Q for three years and can’t recommend this office enough. They have an incredible team— the doctors and staff are so nice and highly competent. The end-to-end process of scheduling an appointment, going through the exam, and picking out glasses/contacts is always straightforward and staffed with friendly, helpful people along the way.
