One of the best eyeglass experiences we have ever had! They were quick, efficient and a great value. The receptionist was incredibly helpful, thoroughly answering all of my questions. The doctor was concise. Alexa was absolutely amazing; she was kind, conscientious, listened patiently, worked her magic to find the perfect frame and made sure everything was just right!

I recently had an urgent need for new lenses prior to a three day road trip. Tammy at Eyeglass world was wonderful to work with. This location is about 40 miles from my home so I needed assurance the correct lenses were in stock. Tammy assured me they were not only in stock, but I could get the new lenses placed in my existing frames same day. I arrived around 9:30am the next day and in under an hour was on my way back home with new prescription lenses and much clearer vision. Can’t say enough about the incredible level of customer service I received. Highly recommend this business!!
Update: Eyeglass World has fully redeemed themselves for me. I will be returning and will continue to go to them for my yearly exams. I deeply appreciate their help and look forward to returning to them in the future. Aside from this one incident, 10/10 recommend for easy, fast, consistent eye care. Had been a customer for over a decade. Go there every year for my contact exam. Today's visit, 3.6.26 went as always until it was time to order contacts and check out. The lady helping me says 'uh your insurance will not cover until 3.23.26'. Apparently I was a couple weeks early for my yearly exam. I replied "I come here every year, no one noticed I was a couple weeks early?". She responded with nothing except what my total cost was. What floors me is no one noticed when they pulled my record, no one noticed when I checked in, and no one bothered to check my insurance before I had the exam, even though someone confirmed my insurance information. I have never had anywhere that is medical, dental, etc not run insurance first, especially for things that involve dates. Like yearly physical, yearly Obgyn, teeth cleanings, etc. They all literally check at check in and when you make appt that you are good with insurance. Then on top of that when I was checking in my husband who had an appt right after me and they didn't bother to mention (he has different insurance from me) that while they accept his insurance, they are out of network. Not one mention to me or him about this. Their website has his insurance listed as they accept but nothing about them being out of network. So not only did I have to pay full price out of pocket for my exam, but he had to pay for half his exam out of pocket as they are out of network. I called their customer service number and the rep was very nice. She put me on hold and called the store manager. The CS rep reported back that the store manager said "it is the patients responsibility to know their insurance benefits, not us". This is the exact quote. They will not give you the what should be common customer service courtesy of checking anything insurance related OR informing you of it. So just beware to double check all things involving your insurance before you do anything with this place. I have loved this place for well over 10 years but will NEVER go back.
If you can’t refund a cash payment do NOT ACCEPT CASH PAYMENTS. I have been waiting over a week now for a stupid corporate check for the return I made in store. I have been coming here for a lonnngg time but this last time I came has not been a good experience for me and I won’t be coming back. Which I know the company doesn’t care about me not coming back. For information to people do not pay in cash even if you think you won’t be doing a return, you never know what could happen. I didn’t expect to do a return on the lenses I bought and paid over 300 dollars out of pocket for.. 200 being cash payment and rest on card. It’s just a joke. DONT ACCEPT CASH IF YOU CANT REFUND IT WHEN NEEDED. Here I am now having to wait over 2 weeks to get my money back for something I no longer have in my possession.
Very easy to make an appointment online. The process is very Swift and accurate. And I really liked Christina, that helped fit me for my glasses after I saw the optometrist.
