My original eye appointment back in February was great. The gentleman who did my exam was very friendly, helpful, and I had no complaints at all. I had a completely different experience when I came in today to have my glasses repaired after they were accidentally broken. The receptionist was very kind and did everything she could to help me. After checking that my glasses were still under warranty, another employee with long dark brown hair asked me to come sit with her. That's when the visit became very uncomfortable. She moved papers on her desk with force and looked at the receptionist like I had sat in the wrong spot. She took my information and started looking for replacement frames. While she was searching, she repeatedly slammed drawers, threw bags of frames around, and handled everything very aggressively. Since the back room has glass walls, I could see everything she was doing. At one point something fell, and she threw it back toward the glass wall hitting it hard enough that it startled me. Her tone, body language, and the way she was handling everything made me feel like I was an inconvenience for simply being there. When she finally found the replacement frames, she called out to the receptionist that she had found them, popped my lenses into the new frames, handed them back, and I left as quickly as I could after paying. I do want to mention again that the receptionist was wonderful. She was kind the entire time and even quietly apologized, which I appreciated. I don't usually leave negative reviews, but this experience was uncomfortable enough that I don't plan on returning.
