The doctors at this location are fantastic But the lady who gives the contacts out here Might be one of the rudest and unhelpful stone cold people I’ve ever met in my life. She told me that I needed to wait seven days to get my contacts. I went over to the Granville location and I’ll have them in three days so not only does she like to tell White lies. She also was just very rude As well, I was trying to upsell me on expedited shipping While I can’t see quite literally praying on the blind For the people reading this if you need Contacts, go to the Granville location and see Cassie As far as reading this, I hope someone talks to her about her attitude issues. That was a very unpleasant experience. I don’t Normally even write reviews

Waited 1.5 hours to be seen for 5 minutes and charged $100 without any communication ahead of time. They don’t seem to care about patients or their concerns, only about how “fast” they can get through each patient.

They always are a hour or a hour and a half late. So, if tardiness is a pet pieve of yours, don't use their services. In addition, the waiting room doesn't offer water or coffee. The only thing on TV for the waiting room are educational videos (like the one in the picture) and there is no music. Medically, they are good. However, the time restraint is not worth it of you are a timely person in my opinion.

I waiting 30 minutes for a scheduled glaucoma check. I just really don’t understand this place. Do they not know how long one takes And therefore schedule patients separated based on that time. And now I’ve called to make another appointment and waited on hold for 20 minutes before I had to hang up. Now I’ll need to try and call back. I have no problem with the care but the organization is just very poor and/or very understaffed.

I saw a glaucoma specialist for many years, even thoughI had been unhappy with the office. the Doctor, a specialist in glaucoma, was brilliant. the biggest problem there was his staff and the inability to understand their broken English—it led to too much confusion and misunderstandings- They moved very fast. Once I moved to Grand Rapids ophthalmology for my second cataract surgery. I saw Dr. marcus MUALLEM. He did my second cataract surgery and the experience was 1000% better. I had no bad after effects and my vision improved drastically. He saw me for my follow up the next day and everything seemed to be healing. at that time I made an appointment for the YAG (sp?) procedure from first cataract surgery that I had done from my previous glaucoma specialist. I saw Dr. MUALLEM today to have that procedure done. It was a piece of cake, a walk in the park. He’s very kind, gentle and friendly.. His staff are amazingly out of this world and I could not be happier with the Care treatment Kindness offered to me.
