Been going here for decades. Always friendly and professional. Also, offers more than eye care. You can get your prescription filled on site, with lots of choices for frames. Staff there is helpful, and repairs to frames are free. I also had two cataract surgeries done here, will annual follow ups to ensure everything keeps going along.
Very good. I hope that Dr. Sutter will fix my left eye with the laser in April at my appt. I hope it will be more than a consultation. I have been waiting over a year for the removal of this secondary cataract. Thank you
Since the change to Guthrie service has drastically fallen. Wait times up to 3 to 6 months just for an eye examination? Unreal. Have used the service my entire childhood and adult life and will be looking else where from here on out. Terrible customer service.
The care from provider Dr. Sangiorgi was outstanding. A most thorough examination. However, I was charged a co-pay that I was told to pay at time of visit. My insurance provider says no co-pay for this service. Now have to try to get refund, the front desk at the office would not reverse the over charge. Guthrie's system should reflect the correct insurance information.
I went there this morning March 20, 2025 for an eye consultation for cataract surgery and I can't boast enough about the staff. Jen was the first one I saw and what a pleasant person. The second one I saw was Darrien and he was absolutely phenomenal. He was so caring and explained everything to me throughly about the process and also answered my questions. Now on to Doctor Suter who was just wonderful. Explained everything about my eyes and about the surgery. He was also very caring and explained everything to me as to what the surgery would entail. The last person I saw was Sage who was the surgery coordinator and again so pleasant and took care of all the appointments from beginning to end. Thank you for such a great experience and consultation. I highly recommend anyone who needs an opthomologist or optometrist to go here.
