⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service from Lesli! I had an outstanding experience at LensCrafters thanks to Lesli. From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me find the perfect eyewear. She took the time to understand my needs, explained my options clearly, and made what can sometimes feel like an overwhelming process incredibly easy and enjoyable. Lesli’s professionalism, patience, and attention to detail truly set her apart. She helped me find frames that not only fit perfectly but also matched my style and budget. Her expertise and customer-focused approach made me feel valued and confident in my purchase. It’s rare to encounter someone who combines product knowledge with such a warm and positive attitude. If you’re visiting LensCrafters, I highly recommend asking for Lesli. She provides the kind of service that turns a routine shopping trip into an exceptional experience. Thank you, Lesli, for going above and beyond! You are a tremendous asset to the team. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had a great experience coming back in to get my daughter’s glasses adjusted. Now they stay in place, and most importantly, she is comfortable wearing them! I really appreciate how patient and helpful everyone was, especially with making sure the glasses fit my toddler’s face correctly. Thank you for taking the time to help us find a comfortable fit! And for recommending which frames were better for her.(I ordered them Friday and got them Tuesday! )

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service from Lesli! I brought 3 pairs of Ray-Bans into LensCrafters for repair, and Lesli was absolutely phenomenal! Not only was the service friendly and professional, but she had all three pairs fixed and perfectly adjusted in record time. Her expertise and efficiency were top-notch. If you need quick, high-quality care for your eyewear, ask for Lesli—she truly goes above and beyond. Thank you, Lesli!

As a first-time prescription glasses customer, I walked into LensCrafters with a prescription already in hand from another eye doctor. I had never purchased prescription glasses before, so I had questions and was looking for guidance. The experience was disappointing from the moment I walked in. I first asked about reading glasses. The employee at the counter barely engaged with me and simply pointed to a display and said, "This is all we have," in a tone that made it seem like she wanted the conversation to end before it even started. There was no effort to explain options, ask questions, or help a first-time customer understand what would work best. Things only got worse from there. Before anyone asked about my vision needs or what I was looking for, the first concern seemed to be how I was going to pay. When I said I was paying cash and asked about budget-friendly options, an employee loudly called across the store, "Can you take care of this guy? He's a cash customer!" As a customer, that was both embarrassing and unprofessional. I wasn't asking for charity—I was shopping for glasses and looking for information. Instead, I felt like I was being labeled and treated differently because I wasn't using insurance. The employee who later assisted me seemed completely uninterested in helping. She appeared distracted, rushed through my questions, and gave me the impression that my presence was an inconvenience. The moment I said, "Thank you for the information," she turned around and walked away without another word, as if she couldn't get away fast enough. I was polite, respectful, and calm during the entire visit. I wasn't demanding. I was simply a first-time customer trying to understand prescription glasses. What surprised me most wasn't the pricing—it was the attitude. The overall atmosphere felt cold, dismissive, and unwelcoming. Customer service should not change based on whether someone is using insurance or paying cash. First-time customers should leave feeling informed and appreciated. I left feeling rushed, judged, and unwanted. If this is the level of service provided to someone walking in ready to spend money, management has a serious customer service issue that needs attention.

Zach at the LensCrafters First Colony location provided outstanding customer service! He helped me find the perfect new pair of glasses, and on another visit, he even fixed several of my old broken pairs at no charge. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond. It’s rare to find service like this these days. Highly recommend asking for Zach if you visit!
