I was particularly impressed by Dr. Burr's thoroughness and her professional, empathetic approach. She listened attentively to my concerns and ensured that I felt fully heard throughout the consultation. Furthermore, she provided clear explanations and actionable steps for my follow-up care, which I greatly appreciated. I highly recommend her services based on this excellent level of care.

I initially selected this place because I learn Dr. Tina Burr relocated to here and she was on the top two best eye drs I've had. Turns out, there were plenty of bonuses! All of the staff have been amazing, everyone is attentive to your needs, its very cleanly, and a beautiful office. I highly recommend them.

I had an emergency visit referred by my regular Vision Dr Wang. Dr Burr was amazing and she helped me calm down from my anxiety of the unknown of what it would take to get my eyes healed. I’ve been wearing eyeglasses Contact lenses for year. I was interested in Lasik and or Lens replacement services. After speaking with Melody Scott, She help me make my decision and set up my consultation at the humble office. Melody Made me feel comfortable and confident that I would be in good hands. She also got me in the humble location immediately, especially with my busy schedule. After my consultation with Dr. Hacopian in Humble. I was scheduled for the next available appointment that would be in the Sugarland office with Dr. Wright so I decided to take that appointment. I received a custom lens replacement, thank you to all the staff at Dr. Mann’s office at Sugarland.

The location is convenient, safe and has good parking. The office is nice and everything looks very clean. The office staff is pleasant and efficient. They answer questions effectively and provide good financial info., etc. The techs/assistants does a good, thorough job with the various tests/exam. They explain things well. Dr. Tan is great and does an excellent exam. He explains everything well, listens well and makes his patients feel valued. Everyone on staff is very professional. The office mgr is very helpful and very pleasant! It would be helpful if they automatically gave patients their PD info. since most people get some glasses from online outlets. It seems a little like a bother when I ask for this info. While they have a good selection of glasses, I wish they carried cat eye shaped glasses and other trendy glasses and colors in their inventory.
