George is the GREATEST, he really takes care of his customers!!!!!! I will always return and give referrals. I love my Cartier frames with my no line bifocal. I just look real cool because people think they are sunglasses not bifocals!!!!!!!

I visited Optica for some repair work on my Cartier frame, George was amazingly helpful over the phone and also when I visited the shop. He repaired my frame for me on the spot and advised me on how to proceed with some other work I wanted. Very highly recommended.

Great customer service and huge Cartier selection. My husband and I both love Cartier glasses, Optica carry’s a larger selection of Cartier than the Cartier store on Michigan. We have been purchasing glasses from Optica for years and plan to continue for many more. Pro Tip: Go to the store that is in the North Bridge Mall on Michigan rather then the store on Oak. The staff is much more friendly and helpful.

George provided exemplary service—friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. He’s an excellent manager who knows the products and goes above and beyond to help his customers. The store itself has some rather high-end frames, but totally worth the money if you want to treat yourself.

I’ve purchased new glasses or sunglasses from here annually. The staff are consummate professionals. They know their customers and merchandise and I’m always pleased with the selection and purchase. The inventory is high end but worth the price at this location!
