The service here is outstanding. Mr. Faheem was always available, very helpful, and polite, and he consistently went above and beyond to assist me. I would highly recommend this place for its excellent service and courteous staff
I wanted to share an experience I had at this Target optical location. Brian Davenport is very compassionate caring. I visited the store the previous Thursday and saw a pair of readers for my husband who was newly diagnosed with Diabetes. His eyesight has changed in matter of weeks. I didn’t know purchase the readers at that time because I wasn’t sure of the strength. On Saturday evening 5 minutes before closing Brian assisted me with this purchase with patience and empathy as if the store had just opened for the day. I am so grateful that I was able to get the glasses to make my husband’s day a little better. Thanks again Brian . You made our day!
Thank you for your great customer service. Brian Davenport helped me get my eyeglasses, and I truly appreciate his assistance. Everyone was very helpful and caring toward the customers.
Nadia and Kaylee are very professional and courteous. They both made this an easy process. Everyone should go to the Sugar Land optical to see them!!!
The only place I go for glasses. Fahim is absolute amazing, provides excellent service, and I look forward to coming back here annually for any of my optical needs!
