I brought my son in about a year ago and the service then was beyond phenomenal. He was super nervous after having a bad experience at another place and Dr. Ervin was so understanding, patient and caring with him. Shan was also beyond amazing! He is so cool that my son wanted to join me at my appointment today just to see him! My experience today was no different than a year ago! Nothing felt rushed, everything was explained thoroughly, and I was very well informed and advised all throughout the entire time I was there. I learned a lot! And I really like how the cost of things are broken down for you and explained. Shan takes his time to make sure you understand anything and everything you are paying for. I have never had such a wonderful experience with any doctor from beginning to end like I have here. You can just feel the positivity, friendliness, and warmth the second you walk in. I recommend this place for the entire family! And Dr. Ervin speaks Spanish! 🤗

This is the highest recommendation for Panther City Eye Care. I feel that I received both very good clinical and interpersonal care. I enthusiastically recommend Dr. Julie Ervin and her team. As someone who has been regularly going to eye doctor appointments for 40 years due to eye issues since childhood, this was among the best of experiences. The front desk check-in process was quick, friendly, and efficient. This is definitely the single best front desk eye doctor experience I’ve ever had. Not chaotic and everything was well explained. Then, the interaction with Dr. Ervin was also among the best. She is very good at taking time with her patients and explaining everything very clearly. She gives you all the options and educates you to empower you to make the right decisions for yourself. I did not feel rushed. I felt like I could actually ask all of my questions. I highly recommend Panther City Eye Care. (Side note- It’s also down the block from the best coffee in Fort Worth! So coffee lovers can walk down the street Race Street Coffee for a treat after their appointment:) :)

Dr. Ervin is an amazing eye doctor. I have seen many eye doctors over the years, and not one can hold a candle to her! She is thorough & very kind. Her operations guy (Shan) is also very kind and helpful. I recommend this place to everyone! I promise you won’t be disappointed.

Dr. Ervin is a superior eye doctor. She makes sure that any problems with your eyes are addressed properly. In addition, I ordered new eyeglasses and frames and new lenses for my sunglasses. I actually got them both fitted properly which makes them stay in the proper place on my face. It make me so happy. I highly recommend Panter City Eye Care.

I have been a patient of Panther City Eye Care for about a year. In that time, I have received a thorough eye examination, and also been fitted for eye glasses. Dr. Ervin has provided excellent care both as a knowledgeable professional, and as a caring health care provider. For eyewear, Panther City has a fabulous selection of frames for eye glasses and prescription sunglasses. Chan has taken great care to insure my eyewear fits properly and looks terrific.
