I have been a patient of Dr. Bin Wu’s for over five years now. Since his move to Athol I’ve seen Dr. Wu twice and have a future appointment for 12-10-26. He is a tremendous doctor and the Eye Center is fortunate to have him on board. I also was with Megan on my initial visit and Estella on 07-31-26. Both are exceptional technicians and extremely knowledgeable. They are both courteous, dedicated, professional, kind, compassionate and should be recognized for the work that they both do. Their work should not go unrecognized or unrecognized by those in management positions. They are both assets to their work and to Dr. Wu as well. Please convey my appreciation and let me know if this request is done. Thank you!

Dr. Alfred is very knowledgeable and friendly. He explains everything in detail. The staff is also very friendly, and they do not make you feel like a number, like other eye care centers do. I would recommend the Eye Center and I have, and they are also very happy.

My experiences at The Eye Center in Athol have been great. I stopped in to see if they took new patients as my opthalmologist recently retired. They took all of my information and set me up in their system and gave me an appointment the next day. They were recommended to me and I would certainly recommend them to others. Prompt, friendly, high quality staff.

The Eye Center in Athol is located conveniently off of route 2. The building is large, modern and has a large selection of eye glasses. The staff is friendly and efficient. Dr. Alfred is extremely knowledgeable and gives an excellent explanation of any issues you may have with your eyes. Definitely would recommend.

Can't say enough good things about Dr Alfred and everyone that works at The Eye Center. From Dry Eye txt to Cataract Surgery I'm thankful for the professional expertise from Dr Alfred and Dr King and staff. They put you at ease and take great care of you. I Highly recommend The Eye Center.
