Richard Solomon

I have been going to Dr Solomon for the better part of 18 years. He and his staff are the most professional and thorough Dr's office I have ever been to with regards to the health of my eyes. I have even had discussions about my general health with Dr Solomon because I trust him that much. They are timely and always accurate with diagnosing whatever I need for continued strong eye health. I have and will continue to recommend his services to anyone who asks me. There is NO better optometrist in the MD/DC/VA area.

I have been to many different eye doctors and this one is by far the best. Dr. Solomon was very nice and easy to talk to. The staff were very knowledgeable and kind. I will most definitely be coming back!

I would not reccomend any new patients. While this used to be a fantastic practice the customer service has declined. My most recent eye exam was incorrectly billed to my insurance and has now prevented me from being able to order new glasses for this year. I have had to physically go to the office four times now and the issue has not been resolved. The first two times their staff was not there despite being normal business hours. The next time they had called my insurance and hung up while on hold and failed to update me by phone. The most recent time I went in I was told "they are very busy and would not get to it today" After speaking with the doctor he suggested I call the insurance company to resolve the issue. Absolutely unacceptable. This has been my worst customer service experience.

Great office! Some people fear the dentist, but I fear the eye doctor...not here. Loved the staff and the doctors. We moved out of state and I hope I can find an office as great as this one!!!

Great exam. Very thorough. I have used this practice for several years and always walk away thinking it is the best eye exam I have ever had.
