⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience with my eye doctor and the entire staff. The doctor was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and made the whole visit smooth and comfortable from start to finish. Outstanding care and customer service. I highly recommend them!
I have a teenage son who is very finicky about his glasses and the staff were very patient and spent over an hour helping him find the perfect pair. They provided excellent service and had extensive knowledge of all thier styles and prices.
I came to Urbana Eye Care after cataract surgery to get my new prescription put into my eye glasses. Overall great experience. I had no difficulty getting an appointment. Dr Gan is extremely professional and gave a complete eye exam. Karina was also extremely friendly and helpful with my appointment needs.
