Decent place. Low enthusiasm, though. One lady answered the phone early in the year, and I said I would like to make an appointment. She actually asked irritably, "What do you want?" Maybe it’s more helpful to greet the caller and give them a choice of services. Because I genuinely thought someone would ask me, "Do you want glasses?" Do you want an eye exam? And the eyeglass store within the building is now gone, and several doctors have left. I understand that it’s difficult to find people who take Medicare all the time, so I wasn’t able to see both types of eye doctors there. There are so many fewer people sitting in the waiting area now than in the last couple of years. I had to wait about half an hour. The doctor knows what he is doing, which is great, but he didn’t crack a smile the whole time. I am seeing other patients are saying that this place is friendly, Which is odd.
