It's always nerve wracking looking for any new provider but Dr. Wilson and the rest of the team got hundreds of great reviews under Shopko, so I made the appointment with them and I'm so glad I did. Fantastic service! Dr. Wilson took her time to explain everything to me and wasn't rushed, which I truly appreciated. She made sure my contact lenses were the right ones for me and I can't believe how bad my previous contacts were now that I'm in the right ones. More importantly, she had the ones I wear in stock. I have a steep curvature of the eye and have always been told that to test my brand I would have to come back when they got them in, but would have to request them. Not here! I really appreciate the fact that I didn't have to do back and forth driving just to try them in the brand I wear.
Kailey did initial testing and helped me pick out my glasses. Great service from her, as well! She's so sweet and funny, she made the whole process fun, while maintaining a professional attitude, giving me all the information I needed to make informed decisions.
The store itself is clean and bright and welcoming. Everyone is professional but friendly and very caring. If I could give them ten stars out of five, I would! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!
