Excellent experience at Stanton optical! The staff is incredibly kind, professional, patient, and helpful from beginning to end. And I just need to reiterate “very patient” as I probably drove them nuts back and forth with finding the best glasses. Even had one staff member find me her glasses, which she did! But I chose something else 😫🤣All in all I received excellent service from the entire staff.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience today at Stanton Optical in Tomball. Hailey was phenomenal from start to finish. She took the time to explain everything, walked me through all of my options, and was completely upfront about every cost before I made any decisions. I never felt pressured or confused, and she made the entire process incredibly easy. She was incredibly patient, kind, and genuinely made me feel like she wanted to help me find the best option instead of just making a sale. I also want to recognize Lee, who performed my eye exam. Eye exams are honestly something I dread, but Lee was so understanding, patient, and thorough that she made the entire process much more comfortable than I expected. She explained everything clearly and made me feel at ease the whole time. On top of that, Stanton Optical went above and beyond by working with my insurance and matching my in-network benefits even though my VSP coverage was technically out of network. They didn’t have to do that, and I truly appreciated them taking care of me. Because of Hailey and Lee, I will absolutely continue coming back to Stanton Optical. Outstanding customer service like this is hard to find these days. If eye exams weren’t something I dreaded so much, I’d probably come here every week just because of how great the experience was.
