I got a text 1 hour before my appointment telling me the doctor will be not be in but will be operating the examination equipment remotely. The explanation was “because of the holiday weekend” even though the weekend is days away. This isn’t okay in terms of professionalism and patient courtesy.

Suuupperrr trash! Spoke to the woman for 80 mins about ordering glasses with transition lenses and contacts she somehow ordered the wrong lenses. It’s not that hard. A waste of money but more importantly a waste of time. At one point she also left the store with only me in it and asked me to watch the store while she went to get a breakfast sandwich. Lack of professionalism end to end

Shafi and Lyan are amazing! They guided me how to select proper lens, sent out order, and got it ready within three days! Highly recommend!

After seeing a mix of positive and negative reviews, I decided to check out this eyewear store myself. Although it was quite busy, the service was attentive and professional. The whole process was smooth, and I received my new glasses within a reasonable number of business days exactly as I expected. The pricing was fair, they accepted my insurance, and the contact lenses were the most affordable I’ve ever purchased. Highly recommend!
