I would like to say their customer service especially by A. Shah, was excellent otherwise this would’ve been a 1 star review. They had a much wider selection of frame types and other stores I’ve gone to. The reasons why it’s not a 3-5 star review is 1. insurance issue and 2. hidden prices. They didn’t tell me this was an out of network store from my insurance provider, which we did get settled but should’ve been disclosed. They also didn’t disclose the polycarbonate lense option which would’ve been 2x cheaper than the high-index lense at the time of purchase. The higher priced option was automatically selected for me. They bundled all of the prices into 1 option instead of listing them each out so you don’t really know what’s covered by insurance and if you should choose another option.

Amin is the name of the excellent staff, Service is above and beyond. She called was professional. She was engaging and knowledgeable. Great store and staff to meet your needs.

Great staff. Their trademark "High Index" lenses are the best in the industry. Frame quality on the other hand is pathetic.They took my measurements in-store for the frame but they failed to make the frame fit to me, it always slides down while walking. I called them and told them that and over the months I went there thrice to tighten them(they basically heat up the shoulders with hot air and bend them to fit to you). The rubber on the frame keeps coming off and since I use them for long hours my ear goes numb as it rubs it. Pictures attached. Avoid frames from here but you have to have to try their high index lenses.

Associate Amin helped me. Very patient and knowledgeable, she also helped and guided me with selection of frame according to my preference. Also gave valuable knowledge for glasses. Thanks.
