If it wasnt for Don I wouldn't even bother writing a review. This walmart overall is the worst not often do you see an associate without an Attitude or talking inappropriate In front of customers. Don at the optical department is Amazing! He is very professional and will take care of you from start to finish.

I have a rare eye prescription and have been wearing prism lenses for a few years now. I switched to the eyecare center after researching and found this Dr. Not only qualified to help me but also very sincere, and thorough. The staff is amazing and very patient

Poor unexplained services!!!! My daughter went for a exam thinking she could use her insurance..... Never NOT once did any of the workers informed her that her insurance will not cover her visit for today! And to my understanding you have to provide them with insurance info before any services or how you will be paying today! No one explained that to her when they so called confirmed that her insurance was not acceptable before that sat her down in that chair to examine her eyes and show her a display of glasses to get!!! During that process she then asked I only want what my insurance will cover... and that's when the associate informed her that her insurance was not acceptable and that she will have to pay out of pocket $59.99 for today's visit!!! Had they would've said that in the beginning she wouldn't have stayed for examination!! They took money from a young girl who was unaware that her insurance was not covered and on top of that she still didn't get any glasses!!! Very angry mother who will be contacting better business bureau on this particular location ASAP!!!!

Don always treats me great. I don't buy much at Walmart but glasses are the exception.
