Dr. Gertner was great! He is very kind, personable, and seems to be very knowledgeable and thorough during the exam. I really appreciate having him as my eye doctor. He saw me and my daughter today for a regular eye exam. Thank you!
We bought 3 pairs of glasses for a little over $900 and each pair had a cleaning kit with it, they took all but 1 kit. Which lasted roughly 1 week. I went back to buy more wipes and spray and attempted to ask if that was standard and the employees here told me "we were probably out" nope, I watched her take the other two out before giving them to us.. even though we had 3 brand new pairs of glasses and the lady said "well I don't know what to tell you I am busy" Rude employees. Unhelpful staff. Thieves.
My daughter accidentally damaged the frame and we went to Walmart to put her old Lance into a new identical frame. We appreciate the patience of the staff (Darlina) for helping my daughter fit her new glasses.
Horrible. The doctor gave wrong prescription to me . Had to redo and wait another week for glasses.. they poorly assembled them to where the pressure they were under made them creak until they exploded apart on the left lens.. making it fall out.. 5 weeks and would not repair or take any responsibility. 600 dollars.. freaking insane criminals. Sueing them . Just want my money back and go elsewhere.
I took my 4 yr old there today for glasses. He did not have his exam done there but we had a prescription and went to buy the glasses. This is our first experience with glasses and April was excellent!!! She made sure my son found frames that he liked and were a comfortable fit. She also advised us on which ones would be most durable for him. She was excellent with him and walked me through the whole process! I’m extremely happy with our experience and with April’s customer service!
