Yes, Mr. A NH Yang did an excellent job. I broke my glasses. He was there to fix it. I'm on a trip. I was panicking about getting my glasses, and he calmed me down and he made my day much better. He's a wonderful man. You guys need to pay him more money. You don't pay him enough. Thank you very much.

Worst customer service . The store says closing time is 6pm and the staff was quickly closing at 5:30 pm SERIOUSLY !! She acted as if she’s doing a social service . I SPENT $900 BTW. I was given the specs that I ordered and I asked for the cleaning cloth that comes along with the specs , and they did not give me that . She said it doesn’t come along with the cleaning cloth . SERIOUSLY $900 spent on specs - THEY DONT GIVE CLEANING CLOTH. I WANT MY CLEANING CLOTH FOR MY 3 SPECS . DO SOMETHING. DONT COME HERE TO BUY SPECS . BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
